Selbyville Volunteer Fire Company, with members of Roxana Volunteer Fire Department and Frankford Fire Department did live burn evolutions in a commercial structure slated for demolition. The live burn exercises were under the direction of Deputy State Fire Marshal Richard Ward and Selbyville Fire Chief Robert Eckman. After multiple interior evolutions, the building was allowed to continue to burn. Selbyville Fire Police did an outstanding job of traffic control due to extremely poor highway visibility secondary to the heavy smoke. EMS and rehab by B-88; food and drinks were provided by local establishments. Units operating were Engine 88-1, Truck 88, Tanker 88, Rescue 88, B-88, Truck 90, Tanker 90, Engine 76, Engine/Tanker 76.
