Fatal M.V.C - Parker Road

Selbyville Volunteer Fire Company, Sussex County Medic 105, and DSP Trooper 2 were alerted for a MVC with entrapment. Command 88 with Deputy 88 (Lathbury) responded and was advised by EOC of a single occupant, possibly priority 4. Deputy 79(Justice) stopped by the scene, and confirmed the initial report. Arriving on scene, Deputy 88 established command. Engine 88-1 with 88-15(Eckman) as OIC arrived and was tasked with stabilizing the vehicle. With the arrival of SCEMS EMS 18, a confirmation of priority 4 was given. Command placed the situation under control, holding units to assist DSP and the Medical Examiner. Units operating on scene Command 88, Engine 88-1, Ambulance B-88, Rescue 88, Traffic 88, SCEMS 18, SCEMS PM 105, and DelDot.
